Job summary

HCLTech is seeking a seasoned ServiceNow Developer to join our remote team for operations in Mexico. You will support implementation, administration, configuration, and development of the ServiceNow platform, including integrations via SOAP/REST and iPaaS, with a strong ITIL foundation.

The role emphasizes scripting, design, deployment, and expansion of core apps such as Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Catalog, while delivering high-value automation and customer outcomes from a remote

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years’ ITSM experience with ServiceNow development.
• Experience with SOAP/REST web services integration.
• Administration of a ServiceNow instance including workflows, catalog items, UI actions.
• Scripting, configuration, design and deployment on ServiceNow.
• Knowledge of integrations via iPaaS solutions.
• Understanding ITIL framework.

Responsibilities

• Configure and customize ServiceNow including workflows and data imports.
• Analyze business requirements and document technical solutions.
• Develop new application modules and catalog requests.
• Research new functionality and propose customer value.
• Provide escalated support on technical issues for ServiceNow implementations.
