Job summary

ConsultNet, a premier technology services firm, is seeking an ITSM Developer nearshore to join a long-term project. This role focuses on developing, configuring, and customizing ServiceNow ITSM applications, workflows, and automation to improve service delivery.

You will implement integrations with external systems using APIs and web services, collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, and design modules such as Incident, Change, Knowledge, CMDB, and Service Catalog.

Qualifications

• Experience configuring ServiceNow ITSM.
• API integrations experience.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow ITSM applications, workflows, and automation.
• Implement integrations with external systems using APIs, web services, etc.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, analyse, and refine business and ITSM process requirements.
• Design, build, and troubleshoot modules such as Incident, Problem, CMDB, Change, Knowledge, ITOM, Service Catalog.
• Perform platform administration activities including user management and access control.
