Job summary
Iron Mountain seeks an innovative Senior Developer, ServiceNow to join our Enterprise Technology team in Mexico. You will design and customize scalable ServiceNow solutions, integrate critical systems, and deploy Now Assist AI tools to automate workflows and strengthen platform governance.
The role requires 5+ years on ServiceNow, proficiency in JavaScript and ITIL-aligned practices, and CAD certification (CIS preferred).
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience developing and maintaining ServiceNow solutions.
- CAD certification required; CIS preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related technical field; ITIL knowledge.
Responsibilities
- Lead Technical Architecture & Customization: design, build, and maintain custom ServiceNow applications and workflows.
- Advance Now Assist AI Capabilities: develop AI skills and autonomous workflows to increase automation.
- Maintain Platform Governance & Integrity: manage changes, enforce quality, and oversee ServiceNow upgrades.
- Bridge Technical & Business Needs: collaborate with Solutions Architects and stakeholders to translate requirements into Agile deliverables.
