A leading technology consulting firm is looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer to join a long-term remote project in Mexico. The ideal candidate should have over 6 years of IT experience with significant hands-on knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, including JavaScript and integrations. Responsibilities include designing solutions, troubleshooting platform issues, and collaborating within Agile teams. Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or IT and be proficient in English.
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled ServiceNow Developer with 6+ years of overall IT experience and strong hands‑on expertise in the ServiceNow platform to join a long‑term project with Tech Mahindra. This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy working in Agile environments, building scalable platform solutions, and collaborating with distributed teams.
Design, develop, and maintain solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
Develop and customize functionality using JavaScript, Glide scripting, Script Includes, and Scheduled Jobs.
Design and implement backend APIs, data structures, and integrations to support content delivery and search capabilities.
Troubleshoot issues across ServiceNow content pipelines and identify root causes across system components.
Collaborate with cross‑functional and distributed teams in Agile/Scrum environments.
Support platform enhancements related to AI experiences or ITX/Technology workflows, depending on specialization
6–10 years of total experience in software or platform development.
5+ years of hands‑on experience with ServiceNow (Tech Leads) or 5–7 years (Mid-level).
Strong proficiency in JavaScript.
Solid experience with Glide scripting, Script Includes, and Scheduled Jobs.
Experience with ServiceNow integrations (REST/SOAP).
Strong platform troubleshooting and debugging skills.
Advanced English for professional communication
Experience with Service Portal and UI Builder.
Knowledge of Virtual Agent, Now Assist, AI or GenAI (for AI Experiences).
Hands‑on experience with ITAM, SPM, or ITSM Change Management (for ITX/Technology workflows).
Background in AI/ML (required only for AI/ML‑focused profiles).
Experience working on large‑scale, enterprise ServiceNow implementations

Location: Remote (Mexico)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

Strong commitment and ability to work independently in remote environments.
