The ideal candidate should have over 6 years of IT experience with significant hands-on knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, including JavaScript and integrations. Responsibilities include designing solutions, troubleshooting platform issues, and collaborating within Agile teams. Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or IT and be proficient in English.

Formación

• 6+ years of overall IT experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow for Tech Leads.
• Strong platform troubleshooting and debugging skills.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and maintain solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
• Develop and customize functionality using JavaScript and Glide scripting.
• Troubleshoot issues across ServiceNow content pipelines.
