Job summary

Limitless Agency in Remote - Latin America is seeking a proactive Senior In-House Recruiter to own sourcing, screening, and hiring for web designers, developers, and digital marketing roles. This role emphasizes proactive outreach to passive talent and independent follow-through, with initial quarterly volume of 2-3 hires.

You'll work during US Eastern Time hours, build talent pools, implement AI tooling with the automation team, and shape the recruiting function as the company scales.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment and headhunting.
• Experience sourcing passive candidates and building talent pools.
• Familiarity with ATS/CRM systems and interview scorecards.

Responsibilities

• Own sourcing, screening, and hiring processes end-to-end.
• Engage passive candidates via LinkedIn and outreach channels.
• Coordinate assessments and present qualified candidates.
• Maintain candidate records and recruitment analytics.
• Collaborate with founder to scale recruitment with automation.
