Applause is seeking an outbound Sales Development Representative to generate demos for our Account Executives by making outbound calls and emails. This remote, independent contractor role focuses on SMB prospects and trade show follow-ups to drive pipeline growth.

You will represent Applause with integrity and product knowledge, handling 200+ daily dials in a fast-paced environment while coordinating with EAs to schedule qualified demos.

Qualifikationen

• 1–2+ years outbound B2B SaaS sales experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Familiar with HubSpot or Salesforce.
• Ability to handle high-volume calling (200+ calls/day).
• Proven ability to work remotely with reliable internet.
• Willingness to work 7am–7pm EST.

Aufgaben

• Outbound Engagement: focus 80%+ on outbound calls and emails to SMB prospects.
• Product Representation: represent Applause with integrity and professionalism.
• Prospect Education: explain value of Applause software to prospects.
• Demo Scheduling: set qualified demos for AEs to grow pipeline.
• Trade Show Engagement: call attendees and nurture leads.
