Job summary

Altur is building an AI-driven call center and is hiring its first SDR. You will build the sales team from zero, open conversations with heads of collections, credit and CX at banks and fintechs across Latin America, and turn conversations into qualified meetings and pilots.

You will work with the CEO on GTM strategy, remote role, based in Mexico City preferred with office access in Condesa; as the company grows you will help shape the go-to-market playbook.

Qualifications

• Fluent Spanish and Portuguese with strong English.
• Experience in B2B sales, SDR/BDR, ideally to banks/fintechs.
• Ability to work remotely and build a process from scratch.

Responsibilities

• Research decision-makers in banks/fintechs across Latin America.
• Run multichannel outbound via LinkedIn, email, phone and WhatsApp.
• Qualify buyers and buying processes early and book meetings.
• Join meetings, take notes, own next steps with clear dates.
• Keep CRM clean and measure channel and message effectiveness.
• Represent Altur at conferences and events.
• Leverage AI tools to automate outreach and help build the playbook.
