Altur is seeking an entry-level sales hire in Mexico City with remote options. You will be responsible for initiating conversations with senior buyers at banks and fintechs across Latin America, turning interactions into booked meetings, and building the outbound process from the ground up.

The ideal candidate writes concise messages that elicit replies, keeps thorough CRM records, and works cross-functionally to refine the sales approach while embracing AI-assisted prospecting tools.

Formación

This is the first sales hire at a small startup, so the job is to start conversations with senior people in collections, credit and customer experience at Latin American banks and fintechs, then turn them into booked meetings. A strong candidate writes short messages people answer, qualifies leads carefully, keeps good records, and is comfortable building a process from scratch. Fluent Spanish, Portuguese and professional English are required.
