Job summary

Altur is building a call center run entirely by AI agents and is hiring its first SDR. You will build Altur's sales team from zero and open conversations with heads of collections, credit and customer experience at banks and fintechs across Latin America.

You will turn conversations into qualified meetings and be in the room when pilots start. You will work directly with the CEO on every part of our sales strategy, shaping who we go after, how we reach them, and what we say.

Qualifications

• Experience in SDR/BD or B2B sales is a plus.
• Experience selling to banks, fintechs or large enterprises is a plus.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted outreach tools is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Research and prospect decision-makers in collections, credit and customer experience at banks, fintechs and call centers across Latin America.
• Run multichannel outbound (LinkedIn, email, phone and WhatsApp), and write and test your own sequences.
• Qualify early: who decides, what problem they have, how they collect today and what process they buy through.
• Book meetings and join them. Run discovery, take notes and own the next step with a date.
• Keep the CRM clean and measure what works by channel, segment and message.
• Represent Altur at industry conferences and events.
• Use AI tools to automate your own research and outreach, and help build the sales playbook we will use as we grow the team.
