Job summary

CobaltoTalent is seeking a Remote Inside Sales/SDR to operate from Mexico, booking qualified meetings for US-based B2B companies. You will conduct outbound sequences via phone, email, and LinkedIn, researching target accounts and building prospect lists from multiple data sources.

Responsibilities include qualifying interest, following up inbound leads quickly, logging activities in the CRM, and weekly reporting on activity and meetings booked.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in outbound sales, SDR/BDR, or appointment setting.
• Advanced spoken English (C1 preferred): comfortable cold-calling U.S. business owners.
• Resilience with rejection and the discipline to hit daily activity targets.
• Clear, concise written English for emails and LinkedIn messages.
• Experience logging work in a CRM.

Responsibilities

• Research target accounts and build prospect lists from LinkedIn, company websites and data tools.
• Run outbound sequences by phone, email and LinkedIn: 60+ calls and 40+ personalized touches a day.
• Qualify interest (need, timing, decision maker) and book meetings on the sales owner's calendar.
• Follow up on inbound leads within the hour.
• Log every activity and update deal stages in the CRM.
• Report weekly on activity, replies and meetings booked, and suggest what to change.
