Pearl Talent is seeking a Sales Development Representative to own the outbound sales motion for LATAM or the Philippines, working EST hours from anywhere. The role focuses on outbound prospecting and building a qualified pipeline to support the founder.

Initially an SDR, you’ll manage discovery calls, demos, and early stage closing as you ramp, while engaging both technical and financial buyers and refining messaging based on feedback.

Formación

• Experience building outbound sales motions from ground up.
• Ability to target both technical and financial buyers.
• Familiarity with multi-channel outreach and qualification of meetings.

Responsabilidades

• Generate qualified meetings through outbound campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and calls.
• Book high-volume discovery calls during US EST hours.
• Identify key decision-makers within target accounts and refine messaging based on data.
