Formación

• Proven experience managing a fully remote sales team.
• Experience leading reps across time zones and coaching from call recordings.
• Strong coaching ability based on real calls, real data, and real results.
• Strong understanding of inbound sales, demos, onboarding, and pipeline management.
• Excellent CRM discipline and dashboard reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coach a team of remote Sales Representatives to hit weekly and monthly targets.
• Drive daily execution: speed-to-lead, demos, follow-up discipline, client sign-ups, onboarding progress, CRM activity, and pipeline movement.
• Review call recordings, transcripts, CRM notes, tasks, follow-ups, and performance reports.
• Run 1:1s, call coaching, pipeline reviews, and performance scorecards.
• Hold team members accountable for missed follow-ups and weak demos; ensure CRM discipline and steady file progress.
