Strong CRM discipline and results-driven coaching are essential in this role. The position prioritizes speed, follow-up discipline, and effective use of AI tools to improve team output while maintaining high-quality client communications.

Formación

• Proven experience leading a fully remote sales team across time zones.
• Strong coaching based on real calls, data, and results.
• Experience with inbound sales, demos, and onboarding processes.
• Comfort with AI tools in day-to-day sales management.
• Excellent CRM discipline, dashboards, and reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coach a remote team to hit weekly and monthly targets.
• Drive speed-to-lead, demos, follow-up, onboarding progress, and pipeline movement.
• Review call recordings, transcripts, CRM notes, tasks, and performance reports.
• Conduct 1:1s, pipeline reviews, and performance scorecards.
• Ensure consistent follow-ups and high-quality client handoffs to management.
