Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; required for candidates without strong equivalent sales experience
• 3–5+ years of full-time experience in inbound sales, consultative sales, inside sales, or high-ticket service sales
• Proven ability to close warm inbound leads over the phone or via video/demo calls
• Comfortable being on camera while running professional demo calls with clients
• Strong English communication skills, both spoken and written
• Experience working full-time in a professional remote environment
• Ability to manage multiple leads and conversations with homeowners or high-value prospects
• Experience running demos, presentations, consultations, or structured sales calls

• Explain services clearly and professionally

• Follow up consistently with owners not moving forward
• Maintain CRM records with notes, tasks, follow-ups and lead status updates
