Royal York Property Management, inc. is seeking experienced Inbound Sales Consultants to engage property owners showing interest in professional property management services.

You will handle inbound inquiries, qualify needs, and run on-camera demos to explain our services and close qualified owners. This remote role involves speaking with warm inbound leads, guiding owners through next steps, and maintaining professional CRM records.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; required for candidates without strong equivalent sales experience
• 3–5+ years of full-time experience in inbound or consultative sales or related high-ticket services
• Proven ability to close warm inbound leads via phone or video/demo calls
• Comfortable on-camera while running professional demo calls
• Strong English communication skills, both spoken and written
• Experience working full-time in a professional remote environment
• Ability to manage multiple leads and conversations simultaneously
• Excellent follow-up discipline and CRM documentation habits

Responsabilidades

• Answer inbound inquiries from property owners interested in property management services
• Qualify owner needs, details, timeline, and urgency
• Explain services clearly and professionally
• Run on-camera demo calls with prospective clients
• Present professionally on video calls with property owners
• Build trust and explain the value of professional property management
• Close qualified property owners and guide next steps
• Follow up consistently with owners not yet moving forward
• Maintain clean CRM records with notes, tasks, follow-ups, and lead status
