Bluelight Consulting is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our fast-growing software delivery team. You will lead complex client projects, coordinate cross-functional engineers, and ensure on-time, within-budget releases that meet quality standards.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years managing software initiatives, strong communication with executives, and the ability to align dispersed teams across time zones.

Formación

• 5+ years managing software development projects
• Experience delivering against fixed deadlines with critical-path management
• Experience with risk registers and change-control processes
• Experience with Jira, Asana or similar
• Strong stakeholder management and client communication

Responsabilidades

• Lead software delivery projects for clients
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across multiple workstreams
• Manage client dependencies, dates, owners, and escalations
• Report status to executives and stakeholders
• Ensure milestones are met and adherence to change-control processes
