Bluelight Consulting is seeking a senior project manager to lead software development initiatives for client projects. The role emphasizes on-time delivery, stakeholder communication, and risk management across distributed teams.

You will coordinate with product owners, developers, and QA, ensuring clear status reporting and alignment with client expectations while upholding best practices and compliance standards.

Formación

• 5+ years professional experience managing software development projects.
• Experience delivering against fixed external deadlines with critical-path and buffer management.
• Experience managing client dependency registers with dates, owners, and escalation paths.
• Experience with formal risk registers and change-control processes.
• Experience managing scope, budget, resources, and timelines across multiple workstreams.
• Experience coordinating third-party vendor dependencies (contracts, credentials, timelines).
• Experience running Agile/Scrum or Kanban teams.
• Experience with milestone/gate-based acceptance criteria and client-facing status reporting.
• Experience with project management tools (Jira, Asana, or similar).
• Strong stakeholder management and translating technical concepts for non-technical clients.
