Bluelight Consulting is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our rapidly growing team. You will lead software development initiatives, coordinate multi-stream projects, and manage client dependencies while upholding quality and deadlines.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of PM experience, strong communication skills, and a track record with Agile/Scrum. We offer a dynamic, collaborative environment with growth opportunities and exposure to challenging projects.

Formación

• 5+ years professional experience managing software development projects.
• Experience delivering against fixed, immovable external deadlines with critical-path and buffer management.
• Experience managing a client dependency register with required-by dates, owners, and escalation paths.
• Experience with formal risk registers and change-control processes.
• Experience managing project scope, budget, resourcing, and timelines across multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Experience coordinating third-party vendor dependencies (contracts, credentials, integration timelines).
• Experience running Agile/Scrum or Kanban teams.
• Experience with milestone/gate-based acceptance criteria and client-facing status reporting.
• Experience with project management and tracking tools (Jira, Asana, or similar).
• Strong stakeholder management skills, including experience translating technical concepts for non-technical clients and executives.

Responsabilidades

• Lead software development projects for clients, ensuring on-time delivery and quality.
