Bluelight Consulting seeks an experienced Project Manager to join our rapidly growing team. You will lead software development programs, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure delivery against fixed deadlines while maintaining high quality and client satisfaction.

You will coordinate with US and LATAM clients, oversee risks and budgets, and report progress to executive stakeholders. This role offers remote work with flexible hours and opportunities for professional development.

Formación

• 5+ years professional experience managing software development projects.
• Experience delivering against fixed, immovable external deadlines with critical-path and buffer management.
• Experience managing a client dependency register with required-by dates, owners, and escalation paths.
• Experience with formal risk registers and change-control processes.
• Experience managing project scope, budget, resourcing, and timelines across multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Experience coordinating third-party vendor dependencies (contracts, credentials, integration timelines).
• Experience running Agile/Scrum or Kanban teams.
• Experience with milestone/gate-based acceptance criteria and client-facing status reporting.
• Experience with project management and tracking tools (Jira, Asana, or similar).
• Strong stakeholder management skills, including translating technical concepts for non-technical clients and executives.
• Experience identifying, tracking, and mitigating project risks and dependencies.
• Substantial background working with large, complex systems and distributed engineering teams.
• Ability to overlap US business hours.
• Bachelor's degree required.
