Bluelight Consulting seeks a seasoned Senior Project Manager to lead software development initiatives across varied client engagements. You will align stakeholders, manage budgets, and drive on-time delivery for complex systems.

You will coordinate with clients and vendors, apply formal risk and change-control practices, and report project health to executives while maintaining a focus on quality and delivery excellence.

Formación

• 5+ years of professional experience managing software development projects.
• Experience delivering against fixed external deadlines with critical-path and buffer management.
• Experience managing a client dependency register with owners and escalation paths.
• Experience with formal risk registers and change-control processes.
• Experience managing scope, budget, resourcing, and timelines across multiple workstreams.
• Experience coordinating third-party vendor dependencies and contracts.
• Experience running Agile/Scrum or Kanban teams.
• Experience with milestone/gate-based acceptance criteria and client-facing status reporting.
• Experience with project management tools such as Jira or Asana.
• Strong stakeholder management, translating technical concepts for non-technical clients.
