Bluelight Consulting is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead software delivery in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. You will coordinate multi-disciplinary teams, manage scope, budget, and schedules, and ensure milestones are met while maintaining strong stakeholder communication.

The role requires 5+ years of experience, expertise with Agile/Scrum or Kanban, and a proven ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical clients.

Formación

• 5+ years professional experience managing software development projects.
• Experience delivering against fixed external deadlines with milestone management.
• Experience coordinating vendor dependencies and contracts.
• Experience with risk registers and change-control processes.
• Experience managing scope, budget, resourcing, and timelines across multiple workstreams.
• Experience running Agile/Scrum or Kanban teams.
• Experience with Jira, Asana, or similar tracking tools.
• Strong stakeholder management and translating technical concepts for non-technical clients.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Extreme ownership and accountability for deliverables.
• Ability to overlap US business hours.
