Bluelight Consulting is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead software development initiatives across multiple teams and timelines. You will drive project planning, risk management, and stakeholder communications while ensuring milestones are met and quality is delivered.

The role requires 5+ years in PM, strong familiarity with Jira/Asana, and ability to overlap US business hours. A Bachelor’s degree and professional certifications are preferred.

Formación

• 5+ years professional experience managing software development projects.
• Experience delivering against fixed external deadlines with critical-path and buffer management.
• Experience managing client dependency registers with dates, owners, escalations.
• Experience with formal risk registers and change-control processes.
• Experience managing scope, budget, resources, and timelines across multiple workstreams.
• Experience coordinating third-party vendor dependencies (contracts, credentials, timelines).
• Experience running Agile/Scrum or Kanban teams.
• Experience with milestone/gate-based acceptance criteria and client-facing status reporting.
• Experience with project management tools (Jira, Asana, or similar).
• Strong stakeholder management, translating technical concepts for non-technical clients.
