Job summary

Jobgether, acting on behalf of a partner company, seeks a Performance Marketing Lead (User Acquisition) based in Mexico. You will own paid campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and AppLovin, manage large budgets, optimize CAC/ROAS, and drive growth across international markets.

Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to test concepts, run experiments, and use attribution tools to improve LTV and profitability.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in performance marketing, user acquisition, or digital advertising.
• Experience planning, managing, and optimizing paid campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and AppLovin.
• Ability to manage large advertising budgets and hit CAC/ROAS targets.
• Strong understanding of CAC, ROAS, LTV, cohort analysis and attribution models.
• Experience with mobile measurement/attribution platforms such as AppsFlyer or Adjust.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, manage, and optimize paid user acquisition campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, AppLovin, and others.
• Allocate large ad budgets based on CAC, ROAS, LTV, and payback periods.
• Analyze campaign performance, funnels, and cohorts to improve efficiency and profitability.
• Design experiments across audiences, bidding, landing pages, and creative formats to reduce CAC.
• Collaborate with creative/marketing teams to test concepts and refine ad messaging.
• Measure effectiveness through attribution platforms, cohort analysis, and incrementality testing.
• Develop and execute user acquisition strategies across multiple markets.
• Scale campaigns while maintaining acquisition costs and profitability within targets.
• Make data-driven decisions on optimization, budgets, audiences, and channels.
• Own campaign execution and continuous improvement for measurable business results.
