DoorDash USA is seeking a performance marketing specialist to own tactical execution of paid social campaigns in Mexico City. You will build, QA, pace, optimize, and iterate campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Snap, managing multi-million-dollar budgets with precision.

You will partner with US teams and platform reps to run experiments, test bidding approaches, evaluate audiences, and support creative testing. You must diagnose issues quickly and communicate insights clearly.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in performance marketing.
• Hands-on experience managing media buying and optimization (Paid Social).
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills with familiarity with CPA, CPC, CVR, and LTV.
