Jobgether, on behalf of a partner company, is seeking an Ads Manager (Meta, YouTube, TikTok) in Mexico for a finance-focused podcast. You will own paid campaigns, plan, launch, optimize, and scale across Meta, YouTube, Google, and TikTok, with a strong emphasis on audience growth and revenue.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience planning, launching, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns with measurable outcomes.
• Proven expertise in at least two advertising platforms: Meta Ads, Google Ads/YouTube, or TikTok Ads.
• Ability to provide concrete campaign performance data (CPS, CPL, conversion rate, ROAS).
• Strong understanding of audience targeting, creative testing, budget optimization, and attribution.

Responsabilités

• Develop, launch, and manage paid campaigns across Meta, YouTube/Google, and TikTok.
• Grow podcast audience by increasing subscriptions, views, and registrations.
• Generate revenue through campaigns promoting premium dossiers and partner offers.
• Test audience segments, creatives, and budget allocations; optimize for ROAS.
• Set up and maintain tracking to measure performance, conversions, and revenue attribution.
• Provide monthly performance reports on costs, growth, conversions, and revenue.
