You will own Meta campaigns, build conversion-focused funnels, and optimise GoHighLevel workflows to drive qualified leads and customer acquisitions.

The ideal candidate will manage campaigns end-to-end, conduct audience research, test strategies, and collaborate with creatives.

Qualifications

• Experience managing Meta Ads campaigns for lead generation.
• Hands-on GoHighLevel experience required.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.
• Excellent English communication.
• Based in Mexico and able to work US EST/EDT hours.

Responsibilities

• Manage Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram with a focus on lead generation and conversions.
• Build, optimize and A/B test high-converting landing pages and funnels integrated with GoHighLevel.
• Set up and optimise GoHighLevel pipelines, forms, and automations to capture and nurture leads.
• Track performance, provide actionable insights, and report results to stakeholders.
• Collaborate on creative strategy, testing, and campaign optimization.
