Job summary

Pavago is seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to own paid media strategy and execution across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Reddit, and X. This fully remote role aligns with U.S. time zones and focuses on scaling high-quality B2B leads through data-driven campaigns.

You will collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Creative teams to optimize funnels, run structured tests, and report on ROI and revenue impact, while staying ahead of platform changes and privacy rules.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on performance marketing or paid media experience.
• Proven success in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
• Strong B2B lead generation and pipeline growth experience.
• Data-driven with strong analytics and attribution knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media lifecycle from planning to scaling across multiple platforms.
• Develop and optimize full-funnel B2B lead generation strategies.
• Write and test high-converting ad copy and messaging.
• Analyze performance, run A/B tests, and report ROI.
