Job summary

Jobgether is seeking an Affiliate Manager to drive growth across Spanish-speaking and LATAM markets from a fully remote setup. You will own the affiliate strategy, identify and onboard partners, and optimize performance through data-driven initiatives.

The role requires 2+ years in affiliate marketing or partnerships, native-level Spanish, high English proficiency, and experience with Impact or similar platforms. You will work with an international team to expand brand presence and revenue.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in affiliate marketing or partnerships.
• Experience building revenue-generating partnerships across LATAM.
• Spanish fluency (C1) and English (C1) for international work.
• Experience with affiliate platforms (Impact).
• Knowledge of SEO tools (Ahrefs) and performance marketing.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute affiliate strategies to grow revenue in LATAM and Spanish-speaking markets.
• Identify, recruit, onboard, and manage affiliate partners.
• Build account plans and quarterly growth roadmaps with partners.
• Lead regular strategic reviews with affiliates (QBRs, MBRs).
• Negotiate terms to maximize affiliate performance and profitability.
• Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and policies.
• Monitor performance metrics (ROAS, revenue, AOV) and optimize campaigns.
