Job summary

Pavago is hiring a Digital Marketing / Performance Marketing Manager to plan, execute, and optimize performance-driven digital campaigns that generate leads, customers, and measurable revenue.

You will manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and other channels, track CPL, CAC, ROAS, and conversions, and continuously test audiences, creatives, and landing pages. Remote work is supported, with US business hours.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of digital marketing or performance marketing experience.
• Hands-on experience managing paid advertising campaigns.
• Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads and similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of CPL, CAC, CPA, ROAS, CTR and conversion rates.
• Experience managing advertising budgets.
• Strong communication and reporting skills.
• Professional working English.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, manage, and optimize digital advertising campaigns.
• Monitor budgets, pacing, and performance across campaigns.
• Adjust targeting, bids, budgets, and structures based on results.
• Track KPIs such as CPL, CAC, ROAS, conversion rate, CPA.
• Collaborate on landing pages, creatives, and ad messaging.
• Provide performance insights to improve campaigns and reporting.
