Jobgether is seeking a Senior Performance Marketing Manager in Mexico to lead the creative process behind high-impact paid social campaigns. You will own the full creative lifecycle from audience research to media buying and performance analysis, partnering with the founders to shape strategies and improve advertising assets.

Qualifications

• Strong full-funnel performance marketing expertise including audience research, creative angles, copywriting and media buying.
• Agency or consumer brand experience is preferred.
• Experience managing seven-figure ad spend or higher.

Responsibilities

• Lead the creative strategy and scale paid social campaigns for leading brands across the DACH market.
• Develop creative concepts, scripts, and content for paid and organic channels.
• Manage the full-funnel performance marketing process from research to copywriting and media buying.
• Collaborate with founders to align marketing with business objectives and brand growth.
• Analyze KPIs and advertising performance to identify optimization opportunities.
• Continuously test and optimize creatives, messaging and campaign strategies.
• Contribute to developing performance marketing processes and scalable frameworks.
• Stay informed about emerging creative trends and apply new approaches.
