Job summary

Resolv Global is seeking a Partner Support Specialist for a fully remote role operating on PST hours. You will onboard and train clients, troubleshoot issues, and own the client experience from start to finish.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in SaaS customer success or account management, with strong communication skills and the ability to handle multiple conversations simultaneously in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in SaaS customer-facing roles such as CS, CS, or account management.
• Experience onboarding customers and leading remote demos or trainings.
• Comfortable navigating software platforms and learning new workflows quickly.

Responsibilities

• Onboard clients via kickoff calls, live walkthroughs, and training sessions.
• Be the trusted post-launch contact for clients and drive adoption.
• Monitor usage, flag issues early, and guide clients to resolution.
• Lead challenging conversations with empathy and sound judgment.
• Troubleshoot workflow, platform, and process issues.
• Translate client issues into actionable feedback for Product/Engineering.
• Track open issues to resolution and prevent gaps.
• Identify renewal, expansion, and upsell opportunities with Sales.
• Manage multiple client conversations and priorities concurrently.
