Huzzle, a fully remote legal role provider, is seeking a proactive Paralegal with 2–4 years of corporate/commercial law experience. You will draft and review contracts, support CLM and compliance tasks, and assist with filings while coordinating with global teams.

The role emphasizes independent work in a fast-paced environment, with English communication and strong documentation skills as key assets for success.

Competenze

• 2–4 years of paralegal experience in corporate or commercial law.
• Strong contract drafting and review skills.
• Familiarity with compliance frameworks and regulatory processes.
