Pavago is seeking a highly organized Paralegal for remote work aligned to U.S. client hours. You will support litigation, corporate, and compliance matters, performing research, drafting, e-discovery, and case management tasks while collaborating with attorneys in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes independent work, confidentiality, and strong English communication. Ideal candidates have attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously.

Formación

• 3+ years of professional paralegal experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or Paralegal Certificate.
• Strong legal research experience using Westlaw, LexisNexis, or equivalent platforms.
• Experience drafting and reviewing legal documents.
• Experience supporting discovery and document production processes.
• Familiarity with case/document management systems such as Clio, Relativity, or iManage.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Responsabilidades

• Draft and revise contracts, pleadings, motions, discovery requests and responses under attorney supervision.
• Prepare corporate governance documents, including resolutions and entity filings.
• Review and proofread legal documents for accuracy and consistency.
• Summarize key terms, obligations, and deadlines in contracts.
• Maintain organized records of legal documents across matters.
• Track litigation calendars and discovery deadlines.
