Huzzle is hiring a detail-oriented Paralegal to support legal teams with research, documentation, and case preparation in a fully remote role. The position requires 2+ years of experience as a Paralegal or Legal Assistant, and a strong command of English.
You will work with international teams across industries, handling confidential information and contributing to compliance and litigation readiness, with access to legal software and CRM/document management systems.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience as a Paralegal or Legal Assistant.
- Strong knowledge of legal terminology, procedures, and documentation.
- Experience with contract drafting and legal research tools.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Familiarity with legal software and CRM/document management systems.
Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research and summarize findings for attorneys and stakeholders
- Draft, review, and proofread legal documents, contracts, and correspondence
- Manage case files, documentation, and legal databases
- Assist with compliance tracking and regulatory filings
- Coordinate with clients, attorneys, and third parties to gather information
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure accurate record-keeping
- Support litigation preparation, including discovery and evidence organization
