Qualifications

• Strong civil litigation experience and knowledge of litigation procedure lifecycles.
• Hands-on to prepare pleadings, declarations, motions, and court filings.
• Experience calendaring deadlines and tracking case milestones with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and format pleadings, motions, declarations, and court filings.
• Complete Judicial Council forms used in California civil litigation.
• Calendar and track litigation deadlines, court dates, and discovery due dates.
• Prepare discovery documents and assist with drafting responses.
• Draft legal correspondence and organize case documents.
• Maintain organized case files, medical records, and exhibits.
• Prepare documents and exhibits for hearings, depositions, and trial.
• Conduct client interviews and coordinate document collection.
• Communicate professionally with clients, opposing counsel, courts, and vendors.
• Support attorneys with trial preparation and strategy.
