PepsiCo in Mexico City seeks an Order Management Coordinator to lead a team responsible for end-to-end order processing, ensuring flawless execution and top-tier customer experiences within a fast-paced supply chain.

You will collaborate with Business Units, Technical Support, and Global Order Management, influence cross-functional teams, and report to the MCC Customer Service Manager, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and customer obsession.

Competenze

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Engineering or related field required.
2–5 years in Supply Chain Operations, Customer Service, or related roles preferred.
Strong knowledge of order processing and end-to-end order life cycle in a fast-paced environment.
