PepsiCo in Mexico City is seeking a Scheduling & Service Maintenance Analyst to support local sales teams in managing frontline schedules and allocating resources. You will plan, monitor, and document processes, generate analytical reports, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and customer service.

The role emphasizes data interpretation with Power BI, advanced Excel use, and clear documentation.

Formación

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, International Business, or related field.
Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, complex formulas).
Knowledge of Power BI for report creation and data interpretation.
Experience in customer service or process analysis is desirable.
Strong documentation skills and ability to write procedures and manuals.
Basic knowledge of PowerApps or willingness to develop.

Responsabilidades

Support local sales teams in managing frontline schedules and allocating resources.
Assist in planning and monitoring scheduling team activities.
Generate reports and dashboards to support decision-making.
Document processes, procedures, and operational improvements.
Identify opportunities for optimizing workflows and tools.
Address inquiries from internal customers and ensure compliance with SLAs.
Collaborate with the team to enhance customer experience and process efficiency.
