PepsiCo Inc. in Mexico City is seeking an Order Management Analyst to own accurate order execution across the value chain and to communicate with internal and external partners.

You will manage orders from receipt through delivery to warehouses and stores, ensuring quality service and KPI compliance. You will identify issues, drive improvements, and coordinate with sales, logistics, and finance to maximize fill rates and on-time delivery.

Competenze

• English fluency required in writing and speaking.
• Degree or equivalent experience in order management, logistics, or supply chain.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Analytical mindset with KPIs and process improvement focus.

Mansioni

• Own end-to-end order management from receipt to delivery to warehouses/stores.
• Ensure order accuracy and timely communications with internal/external partners.
• Identify and resolve order-level issues including fulfillment and on-time delivery.
• Monitor data integrity to support promotions, launches, and product attributes.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to address supply chain challenges and deductions.
• Maintain awareness of customer agendas and performance trends.
