Qualifications

• 5+ years of procurement or supply chain experience, preferably with POS or retail materials.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and program management skills.
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders in a matrix organization.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience using Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) analysis to support decision-making.
• Familiarity with digital platforms and AI applications to improve processes.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the POS sourcing strategy to drive cost, service, and innovation.
• Lead RFPs, negotiations, and contract implementations with POS suppliers.
• Manage supplier relationships end-to-end and track KPIs.
• Ensure continuity of POS materials and services with risk mitigation.
• Deliver productivity and value via sourcing initiatives and cost reductions.
• Collaborate with Merchandising, Finance, and local teams to align priorities.
• Monitor market trends and supplier capabilities to inform decisions.
