Job summary

Cyera is hiring a high-performing Mid-Market Account Executive to drive end-to-end sales of cloud data security solutions in the US market. You will prospect, map customer needs, and close complex deals with support from a Sales Engineer.

You will engage with CISOs and other executives, build a territory plan, and forecast accurately while negotiating and expanding Cyera’s footprint through alliances and partners. This role allows remote work with significant travel as required.

Qualifications

• Results-oriented mindset and history of overachievement in hyper growth startups.
• Minimum 5 years selling mid-market SaaS in cloud/security/data space.
• Proficient in value-based solution selling with focus on business outcomes.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building; strong presentations.
• Understanding of cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and data risk.
• Knowledge of data security/compliance frameworks and business value impact.
• Proficient in formal sales processes; familiarity with qualification frameworks and forecasting tools.
• Experience in fast-paced environments with adaptability.
• This is a US-based position; willingness to travel ~50%.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate intimate understanding of Cyera’s Data Security Solutions and value to customers.
• Develop territory plan with clear goals and forecasts.
• Lead sales cycle from pipeline generation to close.
• Deliver custom meetings, PoVs, and business value onsite.
• Advise executives (CISO, CIO, etc.) with industry Point-of-View insights.
• Negotiate and close business with new and existing customers.
• Grow Cyera’s presence with alliances and channel partners.
• Attend events and networking opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategy.
