Somewhere is seeking a Residential Maintenance Manager to oversee maintenance, repairs, and renovations for 20+ luxury properties worldwide. The role requires coordinating vendors, scheduling projects, and implementing preventative maintenance to protect asset value.

You will work remotely across multiple time zones, reporting to asset managers and investors. Strong leadership, budgeting, and CRM experience are essential for success in this global, fast-moving environment.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of residential maintenance management experience.
• Project management, vendor management, and budget oversight.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with Salesforce, CRMs, and project management tools like Asana.
• Strong process optimization and analytical skills.
• Ability to analyze and optimize maintenance processes.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee maintenance, repairs, and renovations across 20+ luxury properties.
• Manage vendor contracts, bids, budgeting, and schedules.
• Troubleshoot and coordinate repairs in electrical, HVAC, plumbing, home automation, pool/spa, and security systems.
• Develop and implement preventative maintenance plans and inspections.
• Coordinate with asset managers, hosts, and vendors to ensure high service standards.
• Track work orders, progress, and compliance using Salesforce or similar platforms.
