Agent Careers is seeking a Remote Construction Project Manager for US-based high-end residential projects. This role acts as the primary coordination link between management, field personnel, subcontractors, vendors, and clients to keep projects organized and moving forward.

The ideal candidate will read blueprints, review budgets, manage client relationships, and support project execution while improving internal processes.

Formación

• 2–3+ years of US-based construction project experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education.
• Fluent English, written and verbal.
• Ability to read and interpret construction blueprints.
• Strong client-facing and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience working remotely with small teams.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary communication link between management, field personnel, subcontractors, vendors, and clients.
• Read, understand, and interpret construction blueprints, plans, specifications, and project documents.
• Analyze vendor estimates and construction budgets.
• Coordinate with internal employees, subcontractors, suppliers, and other project stakeholders.
• Track project requirements, deliverables, and outstanding items.
• Ensure projects remain aligned with quality, schedule, budget, and client expectations.
• Maintain professional client communications throughout the project lifecycle.
