GC Realty & Development, LLC, a leading property management and brokerage company, seeks a Maintenance Dispatcher to lead field technicians remotely, manage work orders, and ensure timeliness across daily operations.

You will assign technicians, coordinate urgent maintenance, and monitor performance metrics to optimize dispatch efficiency. A strong track record in high-volume dispatch and experience with AppFolio or ServiceTitan are highly valued.

Formación

• 3+ years of dispatching, scheduling, or maintenance coordination experience in a high volume environment.
• Solid understanding of time and material costs and typical repair durations.
• Experience leading field-based or service teams preferred.
• Prior experience with work order systems like AppFolio, ServiceTitan, or similar preferred.
• Reliable high-speed internet and a suitable home/remote setup.
• Ability to manage a remote team with clarity and structure, and hold people accountable without direct supervision.

Responsabilidades

• Assign technicians to work orders based on skill set, location, and workload; adjust routes to reduce travel time.
• Coordinate urgent and after-hours maintenance requests per priority and protocols.
• Flag issues (missed appointments, late arrivals, incomplete notes) and escalate to leadership.
• Track metrics like response time, completion rates, and scheduling accuracy; review workload trends.
• Review timecards, material usage, and notes before billing or closing work orders.
• Identify workflow gaps and provide feedback to improve dispatch efficiency and reliability.
• Hold technicians accountable for attendance, productivity, and documentation.
