HeadQuarters is a global startup with teams across Mexico, Serbia, the US, Colombia and the Philippines. This Learning and Development role partners with HR and team leads to shape how people learn, grow, and perform, with AI playing a key part in our future training and development.

You will own training, onboarding, and ongoing development for a professional team spread across multiple countries, while collaborating closely with HR and across borders to scale our people function.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Learning and Development or training, building and delivering programs.
• Able to speak in front of groups and lead sessions.
• Professional English level C1/C2.

Responsibilities

• Design and run training programs for individual contributors and managers.
• Deliver live/remote sessions to groups of 5–30 people.
• Build learning paths aligned to our leveling framework.
