Responsibilities

• Build stakeholder relationships to identify learning needs and align with MSS Operations strategy.
• Promote regional learning participation across the Americas.
• Deliver training across the Americas time zone on business, product, and future skills.
• Provide local People Enablement support for INSPIRED community.
• Support creation of global learning MI and dashboards.
• Coordinate training delivery for the broader CDT team to meet local market needs.
• Produce senior leader people enablement reporting and dashboards.
