Job summary

Jobgether SRL’s partner is seeking a Learning Support Manager based in Mexico to lead training sessions and workshops for universities across the Americas. In this remote, full-time role, you will collaborate with academics to improve assessment design and teaching practices while ensuring timely, high-quality support.

You will manage regional support operations, maintain the Help Centre, and build enduring university partnerships, leveraging Canvas or Moodle to enhance resources and drive

Qualifications

• Experience in learning design or education-focused customer success.
• Strong understanding of assessment design and learning principles.
• Experience training academics or professionals.
• Excellent English communication (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging training sessions, workshops, and webinars for academics.
• Advise on creating high-quality, scaffolded assessments aligned with learning quality standards.
• Oversee regional support across the Americas, handling inquiries and escalating technical issues as needed.
• Maintain and improve the Help Centre, support documentation, and learning resources.
• Build strong relationships with university partners and conduct quarterly business reviews for priority accounts.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen engagement and expand platform reach across the Americas.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Sales, Operations, and Product teams to improve tools and processes.
• Support onboarding and adoption of new university partners, ensuring high-quality experiences.
