Qualifications

3+ years in product operations, customer success, or client services in SaaS.
Ability to drive projects with multiple stakeholders.
Experience mastering a technical platform and providing technical consultative support.
Written and verbal communication skills in English.
Experience as an independent contributor managing multiple workstreams.

Responsibilities

Use Coursera platform expertise to advocate for and create great learner and administrator experiences by influencing roadmaps and driving issue resolution.
Collaborate with Product and Engineering to define workflows for new feature launch operational readiness.
Work with Support teams to enable users by driving escalation resolution and updating internal resources.
Own projects that improve operational processes and internal tools to boost effectiveness.
Present data-driven insights to guide internal decision-making and trends.
Build strong cross-functional relationships to deliver learner-first solutions.
