Job summary

Lever, Inc. is seeking a remote-based People Operations Coordinator in Mexico to join a fully distributed global team. You will support onboarding, HR, talent operations, and employee experience, ensuring a smooth, engaging, and well-documented start for new joiners across multiple platforms including Notion and ATS.

You will blend hands-on coordination with systems management, data organization, and process optimization, collaborating across locations and time zones to grow the People function.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar People Operations, HR operations, onboarding, or coordination role.
• Experience collaborating with onboarding, HR, recruiting, or broader People teams.
• Experience using AI to improve efficiency or interest in applying AI to workflows.

Responsibilities

• Improve onboarding experiences by making processes clear, consistent, and up-to-date.
• Coordinate operational activities supporting new joiners and onboarding journeys.
• Maintain internal People resources and onboarding documentation (Notion).
• Handle onboarding, Talent, and HR tasks including system updates and data reporting.
• Maintain accurate People data and records across systems.
• Explore AI and tools to boost operational efficiency and employee experience.
• Collaborate with People/HR/stakeholders to ensure smooth processes.
• Own assigned processes and propose improvements.
