Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated HR Policy and Compliance Specialist (Latin America) to join our Human Resources team. You will design, implement, and monitor a regional compliance framework leveraging data-driven systems.

You will collaborate with leaders and external auditors to ensure regulatory alignment, educate the business on obligations, and promote ethical practices across Latin America. This role supports flexible work options within the region.

Formación

• Experience in HR compliance or regulatory affairs in LATAM.
• Knowledge of LATAM regulatory frameworks and compliance tools.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in English and Spanish; Portuguese is a plus.
